Our school's largest fundraiser of the year is coming up
October 19, 2013 10:00-4:00
We have so many opportunities for you to get your business information out to the community. Please look at the options below, decide which one would be the best fit for you and your business and contact us to set it up. It is that easy!!!
1) Become a sponsor. We will purchase a sign with your logo on it (you provide image via email) and post in the front of our school along Hwy. 119 for all to see. Space will be provided on our special Sponsor Table for you to leave information regarding your business. We will also advertise your information in our daily school email that reaches each one of our families (we are a school with over 400 families). Sponsorship opportunity is a minimum of $250.
2) Become a Vendor. Vendors will have a table and chair(s) set up along our vendor halls throughout the school for the entire day of event. Vender halls are in a prime location, sure to experience high traffic. Vendors have the opportunity to set up the evening before or the morning of the event. Vendor opportunity is $75 for one table or $125 for two tables.
3) You can choose to be a sponsor as well as a vendor and receive both perks for $300.
4) You can choose to sponsor our picnic boxes by providing chips, desert and/or drink., or a monetary donation to cover expenses. If you are a lunch sponsor you will receive special advertising on each box. Please contact coordinators for exact dollar amount.
5) Become a Donor. If you would like to donate a service or gift to our Silent Auction, any and all donations will be gladly accepted.
As you can see there are options for everyone. It is never too early to think about advertising for your company. We look forward to hearing from you.
